Don't speak out loud because that's wrong, study too hard because that's right, go to medical school because that's right, and the list continues. We don't take into consideration that speaking out loud might mean that your kid is opinionated and confident, that studying too hard might take away from the time your kid needs to discover his or her true passions or that going to medical school might be the last thing your kid wants to do!
So, hold on, take a step back and think of the magnitude of these words, "right" and "wrong" on your children, on their future and on their awareness and consciousness to consider all life's options as possibilities.
I mean why limit yourself to eating the same item off the menu over and over again, just because someone said you should when you have all the menu to choose from.
Playing with colors for hours and hours every day might be the "right" thing to do if you have the desire in you to be an artist. Speaking out loud might boost your confidence to be a public speaker and reach millions of hearts around the world.
So go big, have dreams, be curious and have adventures; for only this way you will learn to know yourself better, know your true desires and wants, plan a great future, a one that doesn't adhere to the norms, one that is specifically tailored to your desires and ambitions.

This is by far my favorite quote of all time, it gives me a sense of peace, maybe because freeing the mind of the traditional concepts of right and wrong brings in unlimited possibilities.
That is exactly how life should be, millions of available possibilities that you and I can choose from to experience our own highest possible expression.
