I have been there in your shoes only a couple of years ago! If you read my story you would know that I have been through my fair share of bad experiences, I lost my dad in a traumatic experience and that literally changed my entire being, I was never the same person again. I reached a point where I was a total stranger to myself, a point where nothing made sense anymore. 


What helped me change was a simple decision and this decision was to choose myself, to be there for myself and to promise myself that no matter how dark it gets I will reach for the light every single time. 


Through my life experiences, my research and the year I spent studying with the “IIN” I noticed that our life revolves around 12 main areas and these areas are:

Program Overview:

In this program, we will be evaluating your life in these 12 main areas. This will be the starting point of designing a coaching experience that is customized to support you in reaching your unique goals in life.

I believe that we are all resourceful, creative, and perfect that is just who we are!


What does this program include?


  1. Eight (8) Bi-weekly 60- minutes coaching sessions, where we will discuss your current situation, goals, progress, and recommendations.

  2. Reflection sheet to be completed by you following each session to help you self-reflect and gain a better understating of where you are now, and any specific requirements needed.

  3. Coaching Recommendations based on your progress throughout this program to ensure achieving the maximum results.

  4. Accountability Coaching where you will be held responsible for following through with completing exercises, building and maintaining new wellness habits throughout the program.

  5. 24/7 email support between sessions.
